Spacious room, comfortable amenities, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, made our stay enjoyable, especially with the 10-minute walk to High Street Kensington for easy exploration.

Daily housekeeping service was not available on Christmas Day, which was a bit disappointing.

Comfortable Family Stay in a Convenient Location

We spent 8 nights in the lovely Royal Albert Memorial Apartment. Despite the cold November weather, the spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. A tip , be prepared for a 10-minute walk to the nearest underground station, especially in the chilly weather.

The neighborhood around Hyde Park is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, ensuring comfort during our stay. there was some faint traffic noise from the bathroom window, which could be a concern for light sleepers.

Great location near Royal Albert Hall, but the wi-fi was spotty.

the royal albert memorial apartment at buckingham & lloyds aparthotel was wonderful. the living room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. the cleaning service was top-notch, restocking coffee pods daily and keeping everything pristine. i loved how clean and soft the linen was, making our stay even more comfortable.

The Royal Albert Memorial Apartment was perfect for our family, with the cozy decor and comfy beds making us feel right at home. We loved relaxing in the lush garden area and enjoyed a fun evening by the outdoor fire pit. Just a slight hiccup with some noise from the upstairs guests, but it didn’t ruin our fantastic stay! 😊

My stay at Buckingham & Lloyds was delightful! The penthouse suite offered breathtaking views, and the staff truly impressed me with their caring service. dealing with the inconsistent hot water was a bit inconvenient. a splendid experience!

the apartment is beautifull, spacious with big rooms and each has it’s own bath! living room is big too and the view over the park is just lovely. reception was super attentive, they made my daughter's 18th bday unforgettable!

it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest tube stations and the aircon struggled a little during peak heat.

The apartment was spacious, making it ideal for our family with children. We enjoyed an amazing view of the garden, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The check-in process took longer than expected.

I stayed in the Garden Apartment for 4 nights. The place was super spacious with large living areas and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The decor was cozy yet stylish. The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up some meals, which was a plus. The lift was handy for getting my baby around, though it felt a little cramped. a nice experience!

will certainly stay here again

The apartment was so spacious and had a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and dining area. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I loved the flat-screen TV with tons of channels. The fitness centre was a great added bonus for workouts. The bathrooms had quality toiletries and a large soaking tub, which was a treat after a long day. Really nice views of the city too!
